What's the big "stink" about the Chris Farley/David Spade/"Tommy Boy" commercial for DIRECTV anyway?

I know Farley's dead, but don't people have some LEGITIMATE concerns to gripe about besides that? I thought "Tommy Boy" was hilarious and Farley's character made the film. That's what DIRECTV does; they pick actors/actresses from their famous roles in movies... Ex. Charlie Sheen in "Major League"--- enough said!!!
