Stingy on hugs?

I'm 22 this year, together with my bf for more than 3 years. He's always not those automatic type and he is conservative. Today I got hurt by his words. He knew i like him to hug me.. but its always me taking the initative to hug him and to kiss him.. but his ans to me today when i asked him why he rarely hug me.. is "i rarely hug you because in this way u will miss me hugging you".. and also i dunno why he doesnt like to kiss.. he said im a good kisser and he cant kiss long.. he'll become tired after closing too much of his eyes.. but sometimes when i attempt to kiss him again.. he'll yell at me "Dear!!!!".. which in turns hurt me deeply, and i'll stop trying to kiss him. I doesnt know what to do.. im so lost.. i dunno why he is acting this way. Dear people do you face the same problem with ur bf?
