Dishwasher help please help?

Electroulux dishwasher MODEL ESL 6114 is inteegrated 2 years old and is playing up... when switched on house fuses everything, the silver base drum when i take that out there is about a gl full of water lying there. we put it on the other day and it managed to do a rinse programme then an hour later i tried it myself and it fused again and wont work since! it hasnt been working for a few months and i miss it, so please help me to try and find out how i can make it work thanks
