I did badly in college...but I want to get into a top MBA program. Can I do this?

Absolutely. Although business schools say they weight undergraduate work, GMAT scores, and work experience equally, a not-so-hot GPA is actually the easiest to overcome because you can claim you've grown since then (and a 3.2's not terrible, especially if non-business cles or your earlier grades are dragging you down). But you're going to have to demonstrate it not just by working for a decent company, but by really distinguishing yourself and having a clear career plan in mind...one that justifies a degree from a top institution.
