You know how the big bang came from that single really dense atom or whatever....?

And that single atom that held the Universes potential was in 'nothingness', does that mean that it was falling super fast through tha nothingness, I mean it holds the wieght of the universe so is it falling as it had nothing to keep a gravitational pull on it in nothingness, unlike say, planets do, keeping it 'afloat'...?
