Does anyone know any info on the new law against soliciting?

At my work I keep receiving faxes trying to sell me a cheap vacation or a good alarm system and it is getting quite annoying.... i have called the 1-800#'s at the bottom asking to be removed but i still keep receiving these pestering emails, i hurd that there was a by-law ped that allows an employer to take legal actions against these companies that are haling your business. If anyone knows any details or websites RE: this by-law, please let me know.... Thanks :)
