What can I do about a rich, scamming landlord? Can I sue? Should I?

i hope you took pictures before you moved in!! but I would contact a lawyer and sue the crap out of this lady... She made you put all this work into her house just to kick you out at the end of it, and it had mold! serious issues! you should at least get her on the mold to prevent her from harming other tenants
