Need to make around $100 dollars before december 17th?

My dad said if i dnt pay him 100 dollars by december 17th i am grounded... also i cant earn money from people i now and i have to earn it all i am 15 and no one around me is hiring so i am left with the stingy rich people around me... Anny ideas
