A question about uncut ?

Ok. So I'm 15. And I have an uncut . So the foreskin of the head should cover the head of the when flacid, RIGHT? And when the is erect.....the foreskin should be pulled back naturally, Right?..................The thing is that when my is erect.......the foreskin doesnt pull back.........and i just learned that i have to pull it back everyday in the shower to clean the inside.....now im worried that this may cause problems........
