Do you think that "cycle clubs"should be banned from riding 2 a?

I cycle almost daily and it does bother me when you see cyclists riding two a when there is not room to do so. Just remember, they have a right to the road same as a car, but most should use the shoulder or bike lane when they can, but don't expect them to ride in the dirt because they can't. As far as there ridiculous outfits, they where them for a darn good reason. It's because they first have padding in them, they absorb sweat, and they don't fit loose so nothing will get caught anywhere. By the way cyclist are suppose to obey the same rules of the road as a car driver ( like pulling over when 5 or more cars are behind you).
