If Inferno by Dante Alighieri were written today, how do you think would people react?

If Dante used well-known people, including but not limited to well-loved/hated celebrities, such as Michael Jackson or Anna Nicole Smith (it'd be hard to choose a Circle for her), as well as the villians of the 20th century (besides Hitler, he's just one in a thousand infamous 20th century fiends, like Aleister Crowley), with the torments of the original epic, or even different ones (e.g. someone like Dougl Adams or Richard Dawkins spending eternity in deep shock and horror of about both being wrong about God and of forfeiting a place in Heaven).
