Healthy Breakfast Juicing?

sounds healthy... but your energy may wane shortly after as you need "real" protien to avoid your body using muscle tissue to endure till lunch... shake it up a bit (pun intended) and add some type of protien every other day... an egg perhaps... cook in micro, boil, scramble.. (prob better to leave it out of blend though)... or some pnut er.... a snack before lunch may also help... as far as the calories... it seems that there are few in your choices so adding the egg or pbtr will still afford you a healthy breakfast.
