Nitrite levels high and nitrate levels are safe? how do I fix this ASAP. Plus I think I my have ICK?

I have had this fish tank up and running for about a month maybe. Anyway currently in the 10 gal tank is a Silver Molly, a black molly, and a Dalmatian molly a guppy and a stripped dano. I have added Aquarium salt, Stress Zyme Biological Filtration booster, and Easy balance with Nitraban. I feed the fish 1 time a day and keep water temperature at 74 degrees. I did a 25% water change yesterday and added 2.5 gals worth the salt. I have been using Jungle Ick Clear to clear the ICK I may have and it seems to not be working... so... what do I do?
