Is this pisces trying to get back with me?

WE broke up because of his stupidity....He never thought I would dump him, and he said it, I maybe come off too nice at times....hell I AM too nice at times. He is now the sweetest guy on the planet to me, he now wants to tell me how great I am when before he couldn't muster the words. He sends me Good Morning and good night text which I sometimes answer and most of the time don't feel he deserves it. I have to see him there is no way around that. I told him yesterday I'm trying to find out where I'm going I need to get away for a little bit, which I really do. He jumps in with "yeah me too" and discusses going to a place we had planned together. Is this a mans way of trying to get back with you or just the guilt of what he has done setting in so he is trying to hard.
