Is God saying here that one day, the Gentiles would be the ones helping the Jews?

Hard to say. I'm having trouble concentrating on the context; my kids are talking to me and my stomach is growling furiously (haven't had supper yet). It sounds like God is saying that the gentile people who were holding Israel captive would one day bow down to Israel and serve them. God would reverse their captivity. Read the verses after verse 22.
