How can i tell if my rabbit has fleas or fur mites?

she 2 years old and usally really happy and playful, she is still like that but somehow different. she is an outdoor rabbit and has been itching alot more lately. shes still eating and drinking and her normal self. also, she is a sable point (white) holland lop.
